GHYSLAIN BERTHOLON

Graduated from the Beaux-Arts in 1998, Ghyslain Bertholon is a French artist who lives and works near the gates of the Pilat Regional Nature Park beside Saint-Etienne, France. By playing on the signifier and the signified, between what you see and what you imagine or even interpret, Bertholon gives us a definition of a poetic counterfeiting, tinged with a certain humor but always dazzling with meaning.

With "Inappropriate Thoughts" by Ghyslain Bertholon, Please Do Not Enter presents an exhibition emphasizing on the ravages of violence and domination, not only between humans, but also towards other species and mother nature.
